How to I schedule a telehealth visit?

If you need to visit the clinic but can't get here, call to schedule a telehealth visit. Your provider will decide whether the visit can be done through telehealth or not. If you need special services like lab or x-ray or if the provider wants to see you in-person, telehealth will not be an option. 

If the provider says a telehealth visit will work for you, we will schedule a telehealth visit time. Please use the instructions below to connect to your telehealth visit about 5 minutes before it is scheduled. If you schedule a telehealth visit and do not attend, the clinic will charge a $35 no-show fee.
